• Describe the issue you are experiencing: My house has two floors. When i want to redecorate i cant click on any object in the upper floor. So actually I cant upgrade my chests for more storage because i cant click on them. Everything in the lower floor is okay.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cant get new chests for my house which makes it hard to farm
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No i have to sell everything important to get more storage or open new storages in other towns.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Get a house with 2 floors. Place something in the upper floor and you will never be able to change it.

it happens to me but i have your response, this is not announced officialy i think but the fact is that you have too much different item in your bank and the max is like “500” (dont know really) when you pass this cap you cant put more inside your bank … so you have to delay in another bank… there is no solution but yes it’s sad … you can test it if you remove your 15 tuning orb (14kilos) then put 15 heavier stuff you will see that is not the weight of your storage impacted but only the fact of different item… Time to sell your

For about 2 months I have a problem when I buy items from other players when I put numbers to enter the sum it closes the exchange several times before I can get there I do it with everyone without exception and it is extremely annoying I try everything check file, reinstall etc nothing helps it is necessary that a staff intervene and I also have a full storage problem whereas not for 1 month now has everfall some items I can put them to others not to understand nothing more.

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When attempting to craft at the outfitting station it will go into the screen that would usually show you what you crafted; nothing displays and I am stuck in this screen indefinitely as I cannot open the map or anything else. The only way to escape this screen is; be invited to outpost rush, accept a trade request, or restart the game. It is not possible for me to craft anything as this continues to happen each time.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can no longer craft items at all.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No I was no.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Attempt to craft an item. I am sure only some people are experiencing this bug though so it will not happen to everyone. If this was happening to everyone the game would come to a stand still.

Please fix this soon as this cannot be resolved like the bug that just kicks from the station. I cannot participate in a majority of the game now.

Summary
Month 0 to 1: reaching 60 and get 590gs on weapons/armors.

Month 1 to 2: basic loot gear + 3x Minor Loot Luck Trophies, No pearls. I dropped 4 named legendary items 600gs from few dungeon runs (15-20). In every elite chest run (Shattered + Reekwater) i got 1-3 legendaries items.

Month 2 to 3: Upgraded luck gear, every piece of armor and jewelry 2,8% + pearls, 3x major loot luck trophy, Sword and Shield with luck. Bags 2,4-2,5% luck. 1 named after 30-40 dungeons run, reduced the drop rate close to zero in elite chest run (Shattered + Reekwater + Ebonscale after winter patch)

2 days ago: i removed all pearls, 1 amulet, 1 major loot luck trophy, sword + shield and 1 piece of armor. 9 dungeon runs to get 3 legendariy 600gs named items and 4x random legendaries. In one elite run (Ebonscale + Shattered) i got 2 legendaries (they had been extremely rare to drop for me in elite runs).

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have been banned from my own territory war by my consuls who tried the button as a joke and it worked so I am now unable to join my own companies territory war as a governor. I would like to be unbanned from the war in time for it if possible, EU Monday evening!

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am unable to sign up to my own war as governor of the company.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I really hope it can be resolved in time for the war though!

BUG: Cannot socket gems into non-crafted jewelry

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Desync on every other autoattack and some abilities when using a melee weapon. On my screen i would be hitting something for 2 autos, i hear that it is hitting and im standing right on top of the player, only to get teleported back to where i was before i started the 2 autos. If I dodge inbetween every two autos then i can get teleported back to where i was right before i dodged.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Play melee and attack things, specially in wars but also duels and openworld. It is something similar to the Desync listed with Reap as this is one the abilities that gets the same desync lag as the autoattacks.

  I WAS ORIGINALLY SYNDICATE FACTION AND PREVIOUSLY SWAPPED. TODAY I SWAPPED BACK TO SYNDICATE AND AM STUCK AT THE “SYNDICATE ADVANCEMENT: TRIAL OF THE SCRIVENER” QUEST. THE NPC IN BRIGHTWOOD WILL NOT GIVE ME THE QUEST AT ALL. THERE IS A YELLOW QUEST BANNER IN BRIGHTWOOD BUT THE NPC WILL NOT GIVE ME THE QUEST. I DID COMPELETE THE ADEPT QUESTLINE FROM EVERFALL. • There is a bug upon launching the game, it opens and will not go past the ‘Continue’ screen with the Photosensitivity warning.

• yes, I had to validate my steam files and launch the game between steam and GeForce Experience. After doing this process 2 - 3 times it will let me continue.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Creating the item, holding in inventory, clicking to salvage, it produces the popup letting me know I can receive 3-15 wyrdwood planks on salvage, I click to salvage, the button disappears and the item remains, no planks appear. Salvage just doesn’t go through. Attempted to salvage from inventory, from bank, moved to alternate locations, same issue continues to occur.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Change faction to Marauder, try to progress the quests up to max rank. I previously was max rank Marauder, did a faction change when I transfered servers, my company once again swapped to green and I can no longer progress the quests to advance my rank.
