Describe the issue you are experiencing: We completed A Mutated Dynasty Expedition on level 7 (Hard) with a silver rank, and it is telling us that we can not enter a level 8 (Hard) because we must complete Level 7 with a Silver Rank or higher.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Resulted in 8 stations (70k, and time to reinstate status) being downgraded in previously sustained Capital-status Everfall. Detrimental to my, my friends, my company-mates, and to server morale.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Load game > connect to server > experience lag
When lag kicks you from OPR, you might not be able to reconnect (possibly leaving your team and party less a player) and end up with a timeout for OPR. When lag kicks you from Expeditions, you have a chance to lose the orb. When lag kicks everyone in an invasion, the invasion is lost. The lag is non-discriminatory and frustrating a lot of players.
Can’t see numbers anymore, but there’s no doubt they’re going down. Continuing to have interest in playing this game, and seeing the possibilities is greatly overshadowed by this lag issue. I hope the servers will be upgraded. Also, we would greatly appreciate reparations for our lost invasion.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Join invasion rooster then wait… next day you can sign up again instead of just view rooster. After this you get the error message below and not get removed from the rooster, you got invites constantly but same error happens.

Can you please release the Hatchet’s On Fire bug next week, instead of waiting for the end of the month? It was already fixed on the PTR.
There are whole guilds abusing this in world PvP, Outpost Rush and Wars on Devaloka right now. And they won’t be punished for it, I guess.

Do not use the Juniper berry, they are tier 3. Reason why it Is switching to light.
A quest “Bacinete de Baetylus (Expedição)”, está bugada a cerca de um mês, já fui diversas vezes na mesma, porém sem exito, não conclui de forma alguma, não apenas para mim, mas pra varios jogadores que também relataram o mesmo erro. Varias outras quests também estão bugadas, só não sei mais citar os titulos delas, da essa força, as quuests que incentivam a exploração, e que englobam o enredo.

Part of the game thinks I have the quest and part of the game thinks I have received the next step. I cant make progress towards T5 Azoth staff. I am stuck. Need help in recovering from this bug.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I crafted about three batches of meals. I ran to the tp a couple times because I ran out of ingredients. I think the xp was rewarded correctly. I managed to get to level 200 food crafting. but the end result was light meal not hearty.

Many users have reported this since launch but it is STILL not on the known issues list ?
Please can this be included in the February mainly bugs and fixes monthly release and added to the known issue list, as I am assuming it is actually known as there are numerous posts on this issue ?

Assuming all servers/worlds are effected having read numerous other posts reporting this.

Achievements show 0.0% Completion.
This is completely random and if you logout and back in (a random number of times), they then show correctly eventually.
Having RNG on achievements showing seems an insane game mechanic 
though it is not funny it is actually really annoying when you just want to start playing the game.

It is an MMORPG so the ‘Checklist’ of achievements is where users go to see what to do next or what they are close to achieving.

The Achievements page simply shows 0.0% and no details.
