591 isn’t in the 590 bracket if you haven’t hit 590 yet. The issue would be the same as before they fixed ExceedMax from always giving you the maximum to a range, unless they changed their actual engine logic this time.

WARS UMPLAYABLE DUE TO LAG

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Wars are unplayable due to Lag. We think it has to do with the high number of Void Gauntlets in our server’s meta. When a lot of people are fighting together the lag becomes insane, going up to 5000ms

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: noticed not working when I removed my Leeching ring and my lifesteal went to 0 for hit, then I re-equip my hatchet and it worked both perks, the ring one(Leeching) has no problem the problem is in the “Lifestealing” one for main-hand weapons

IMPORTANT UPDATE
I found out what was happening: My first weapon is a hatchet with lifestealing, my secondary was shield and sword and the shield have lifestealing aswell, when I change to the sword/shield and change back my hatchet loses the lifestealing perk but if the shield dont have the perk there is no problem.
So if this is a thing its possible that other perks stop working aswell if you have then in both hatchet and sword/shield, easy things to test it out.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Unknown, I used the skill to attack low level Lost outside of Everfall and the mobs attacked the ice pylon. After the combat was over I went about my business in the area collecting a chest and aggro another mob. I tried to apply ice pylon and noticed the skill was greyed out. I tried logging to character select and came back in with the ability looking like it was off cooldown, but as soon as I tried to use Ice Pylon it went grey and could not cast. I logged all the way out of the game and restarted steam and had the same result.

When I logged back in to complete the quest, with a friends help, all the other steps reset. I tried to complete the other steps but I can not place the required components now. I can no longer complete the quest.

This has happened twice now on my account trying to create characters and choose a server (US WEST).
The picture is what I have received recently this past weekend.
Clarification would be appreciated on bugged timer or CD on attempts.
Failing to experience the game since unable to create a character.

Same bug cropped up with two among my group of 5 players. We finished The Ritual before the December patch, but only one turned it in to Yonas. After the patch, the four who hadn’t turned it in found it was reset. When we went back, two of us were able to complete it, the other two had either lost the heartgem right after the patch or it vanished from inventory after the ritual animation was complete in the temple.

Tried the reset twice trick in Cutlass Keys to no avail. Our group wants to stick together doing the main storyline so until this is fixed (AGAIN - for one of the players, this is the second time this quest has bugged out on him) we’re all stuck.
