Describe the issue you are experiencing: The “Refreshing Divine Embrace” perk isn’t working at all. Supposedly this perk does the following: Using Divine Embrace on a target below 50% health reduces the cooldown by 46%. Except that it doesnt. Casting it on a target below 50% health does in fact not reduce the cooldown at all.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Divine Embrace becomes useless without this perk as the cooldown is way too long by itself.

If equipment with PvP perks is bound up on pickup then how can I get good equipment with PvP perks if I am PvP player and not crafter?

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Blunderbuss attacks deal too high stamina damage (about 50% of my maxed stamina block). Feels like each bullet deals stamina damage of standard attack or ranged attacks of blunderbuss now gain stamina damage bonus from 150-str perk.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Control First Light Fort -> go to a crafting station f.e. Smelter -> Charcoal -> with 200 Trade Skill it is still just 20%
