Not sure if its related but I had died the 2nd death just before Nereid was killed. At least one other player in the group also failed to get a drop. This was my 2nd run of B&B for the day.

While completing a mutation level 5 Barnacles expedition, the game crashed. I returned to finish the expedition. My counter for entering mutations when up by 2 and I did not receive credit for completing the mutation including the shards and codex -

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Whenever I use the ability “Gravity Well” it disappears 50% of the time and never cause and explotion. This is a CORE ability for the great axe in both PvE and PvP, and I am missing out on huge dps.

Siren Queen arena seems completely bugged for me. When I entered the first time she had no hitbox, so I could not hit her at all, neither with aoe skills, nor basic attacks and just watch my team mates kill her. I did however take DMG for her attacks and received the loot + gipsum afterwards and got ported back out of the arena. Then I relogged (to main menu) and we went in another time. Second time everything was normal (was able to attack her and took DMG like normal) but only until she was at about 50% health. Then I once again was not able to hit her and also didn’t take any DMG for her attacks anymore and afterwards did not receive the reward and didn’t get ported out of the arena, so I had to recall out of there. (/stuck didn’t help either, because it placed me back in the arena) So then I stood in everfall writing this report, but guess what, after about 5 to 10 minutes I get randomly ported back infront of the arena (It seemed like another group had just started their run) and I even got the quest + timer on my screen. Also when they killed her I then randomly received loot + gipsum for it, as if that was my run I was supposed to have been a part of. After that I also wasn’t able to port my self away eventhough I was standing right on the spirit shrine. -

Wasn’t able to play the arena and be of any use for my team mates and in one occation I didn’t even receive any loot + gipsum from it. Got randomly ported afterwards so had to waste azoth/recall to get back. To receive the second cache and gipsum I was completely dependant on the other group. Also now I’m unable to port myself anyhere, no matter if I am standing in a city or on a shrine (TP into expeditions still works). -

Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can’t create a character with a nickname that I deleted just before. The tick is green (Available) but an error is thrown after clicking the Create Character button. It only happens with characters removed since the last one or two patches. I need the name to create my secondary character in a new world with friends who are starting to play.

Fishing: when in F3…try to build a camp…face back towards the land…press Y, and see what happens.
The player continually casts and a bug about not touching the water. You might want the Y to exit fishing, or fishing not accept Y

Completed mutation level 9 with gold rank on Barnacles and Black Powder dungeon. Game crash during mutation run. I received shards, but no codex for completing. This is the third mutation level 9 I have completed in the past two days with a gold rank without receiving the codex. -

- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Happening on both Castle of Steel and valhalla currently (can personally confirm both).
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I used entomb in opr and was unable to cancel the ability. I had somehow swapped to my firestaff and that was the weapon that was out while in entomb. I could not break it with dodging, or “clicking” out of entomb. After entomb expired, I was unable to move, dodge, or swap weapons, or use any abilities. I could type in chat though, and asked people to kill me, which fixed the bug. This has happened 3 times in the past 2 days, so it is a pretty critical bug.
This has also been reported previously by a few users since the recent patch- I’ve also confirmed it with other IG users in game, and have experienced it in total about 10 times. This was most recently reported here:Stuck-in-entomb Bug Report

I can see what I have sold and the sell menu works but the buy menu is frozen. I’ve tried backing and going back in but I can’t even see the search tool now. i suspect relogging will reset it.

This was reported multiple times in PTR, and they just ignored it. So it seems they want it to be like this.
