Fixed an issue that caused the Deep Earring to use the incorrect perk. New versions of this item should now have the “Refreshing Toast” perk as intended.
This did not work on mine , still have refreshing evasion instead of refreshing toast while before i had refreshing toast…
What is even the point with these threads you post after every patch when we never get any feedback ourself? If you want quality community feedback we need some proper feedback from you guys aswell. From a players perspective it feels like writing to a wall. Stop ghosting the forums and communicate properly.
The communication pipeline have taken a turn for the worse and that gets reflected in recent posts. People are typing in frustration and anger when they dont feel like they are being heard or issues being addressed properly.
I took a look at the Ashes Of Creation forums and what a difference! The community managers and devs have amazing communication and let players be involved in a lot of the decisions being made. This results in forum users spend a lot of time writing proper quality feedback when they feel it makes a difference and the people in charge actually takes the time to read the posts.
The two responses we have been given on these forums lately are radio silence or “I will make sure to send this thread up the chain” with zero reponse after
I really wish that they would take some of the upstanding community members here and bring them into the fold with all of the non secret info. Like, just common stuff. And give them the ability to directly inquire for answers.
Like, i know there are community managers, but every other game seems to have community advocates that can get answers and really talk to people deeply about subjects and things. Someone who really has a vested interest in finding out these answers and helping provide super quality feedback.
CM’s already have so much on their plate with in game fixes and bug reports and actually doing PTR ingame stuff. Surely we could get some more communication in here in this way without disrupting management.
I wish some of the lv 63-66 open world bosses dropped Named Armors, its always Weapons and Jewelry. Its boring seeing the same stuff all the time, why is the only open world named armor basically Void Bent?
I agree with you, but I got to admit that they are lacking the sort of variety needed for armor perks to really stand out. I would definitely farm some easy peasy PvE ward gear if it was out there, but I think they are missing the profound perk combinations you find on weapons where you have things like refreshing move AND lifestealing on a weapon. The most “out there” piece of armor would be Wizened Shoes simply because shirking energy can only be found on pants except for that piece of armor.
I am not entirely sure if it is wise to make X perk roll only on helmets or boots except in the case of Y, but at least then there is some sort of spice to be had. They have really only started to experiment with that since March (Everything besides Boots) and May (PvP Amulets and Rings)
Absolutely agree with this. Communication is so important and it needs to improve. I’m sure there’s a ton of red tape for AGS to overcome but something needs to change

I’m working on getting 4 of 5 pieces of Avenging to 590+ ( Impossible to get 590+ gloves atm )
These are all PvE. I should have been clearer, I meant that there is no PvP open world Named Armors other than Voidbent, there arent even any Named Armor Schematics. It’s PvE, and then 90% of the Named Armours from dungeons is also PvE.
And as @TheGoodGuyTM said they are all vanilla and boring. Nothing unique like what happens with Named Weapons.
I would like to see stuff like the following appear on PvP Named Armors:
Music UI needs work it get’s broken quite often while getting fish bugs.
UI will stay onscreen while weapon is pulled out.
UI will say you can make a new one in 2 seconds… 50 times.
UI will be stuck and not able to remove it.
Need a system to unbind gear! Its getting frustating getting new pieces that don’t fit with old pieces and you have to reshuffle and the old stuff just sit in your storage cause they too good to salvage, but you probably never going to use them again.
An unbind system would allow you to give that to a mate or resell it.
After 1 arena game when queuing again ther queue is broken and if you were with teamates, you’ve got to disband and reband or launch then cancel an OPR.
Please fix it for the queuing system to work properly. It’s been 3 weeks!
To follow up on this, here is an example of an interesting low level Named Ring. But this is the type of thing, that Named Armor and Jewelry should be like.
As you can see it is a ring with Freedom, normally this cannot be crafted by as a Named Item such a thing is possible and it is very appealing. I only which there was a Legendary Ring with Freedom.
