What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Wander around the world. Use any way to teleport, or go in Mountaihome outpost. Or towards Skysong Temple and Forecastle Drift. Then receive a LAG DETECTED. Even using all the thing to avoid it provided by forums.

- Rapier perk that give 40 stamina on Evade is not granting stamina.
- At level 151 engineering, I am unable to craft orichalcum gathering tools even though I have the resources, am above level (150 req.), and have a tier 5 shop. The craft button is greyed out.

Describe the issue you are experiencing:
After completing the Main-Story Quest “Seed of Hope” or the one afterwards “The Path of Thorns” I cant remember, would be handy to have a Questlog. Anyways it was one of the Quest after Beating up Medea in Primrose and placing the 4th crystal and talking to her, i was rewarded The Camping Strage 2 or what its called, Tier 2 Camp?! Anyway my Camp did not change to Tier 2, it was still Tier 1 at that point. Now ive completed the Quest “Animal Instincts” and once again, i was awarded Tier 2 Camping, instead of Tier 3. But now, my Camp is Tier 2. -
How did the issue effect your gameplay:
Im missing an upgrade Tier of my camp and thus cant craft the items that i should be able to do after completing those missions. -

Edit: It was a NPC called Yonas who offered me the upgrade as questreward, he used to stand at this location, but since im a bit further in the questchain now, hes gone

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Well, i just finished the quests as one normally would, i would say. Although my ability to do the Quest “Aninmal Instincts” was reached way before i did the Main-Story Quest. -
When did this happen?
A: I dont know at what time i finished the first upgrade quest, probably around 18:00 CEST on the 19th. The Quest “Animal Instincts” was finished around 23 CEST on the 19th.
Addendum:
I did play further and im Level 40 now.
I did the Quest “Seed of Hope” (which didnt reward the promissed upgrade)
I did the Quest “Animal Instinct” which granded me T2 the second time instead of T3
Now i got the option to do the Quest “Lupine Observation”, which only gives me T3 instead of T4

Trophies do not go into my house storage when pulled off the wall. They go directly into our bag inventory now? Is this a bug or how it’s intended to be now? I liked it better when you removed furniture and it would go into that towns storage.
Easy to accidently mass salvage trophies after a run with this set-up. We can now salvage lock. I would advise everyone to lock their important trophies ASAP.
Edit: This only happens in some towns. Some will put them into town storage and some will put them into your bag.
Important note! When you salvage lock them. If you put them on the wall again they get UNLOCKED and you will have to salvage lock them again when they go into your Bag/Storage. This is definatly a bugged set-up.
