Consumables dupe?

I was about to send the video by email thinking it was an xploit or dupe, but apparently it’s just a visual bug. In fact they should investigate it well.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to complete the quest “Keen Temper” after completing the last step of the quest which is “Create the Keen Temper” sword. I have tried resetting the quest to re-craft the sword but the quest still won’t complete after crafting the sword for the second time. I currently have 2 Keen Temper swords on my inventory as seen in the screenshots;

How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cannot complete the quest;
Were you able to recover from the issue: No. Resetting the quest did not work;

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Collect items requested by quest, go to the forge, craft the sword;
When did this happen? October 19t, and October 20th around 1pm GMT;

Thanks for the link to the exact quest, I did do this quest, and the issue was my character not advancing post quest. one reason why I showed the next quest unlock in the screenshots.
And update, logging in this morning the issue is resolved.

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: In order to complete the quest “Tracking the Huntress” you finally are able to craft the named item The Huntress. Upon crafting the item, the game somehow is not able to track that the item has been crafted and will not allow me to turn in the quest.

I played 2 dungeons and took the hearthems.
My friends told my that is 100% drop rate…

If you finished the quest “Stirring in the Sands” and need to turn it in, there is no questmarker, neither on the compass nor on the world map.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Describe the issue you are experiencing: I’ve been having a problem with my in-game interface. My ability Buffs/Debuffs are not showing up. Like when I use my berserk ability, the buff does not show up. When I am attacked with a debuff, they also don’t show up.
Also, my greatsword is broken when I’m using the onslaught stance or defiant stance - nothing happens, my scope doesn’t change and I don’t get any bonuses.
I’ve tried resetting everything to default settings but the same problem.

When did this happen? (after 18 oct)
EDIT: I submit this report, talk to the NPC in question, and BAM! the pin starts showing up on the map for that quest. HOWEVER, the other main story quest I pinned is NOT showing up now.

I went to check my territory upkeep post patch and realized that my taxes were at 142,500.00 in WF at 29/39 upgrades. According to the chart in patch notes I should have been taxed MAXIMUM 95,000.00(at 39/39). My taxes are due in 2 days and I am not interested in paying probably 3x the fair price. Please fix.
