Describe the issue you are experiencing: While using the Brutal Detonate Heartrune, I will randomly get a visual bug where the heartrune isn’t showing that it is filling back up to be usable again. It just appears grey.
Is this a bug or an exploit Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can not tell when I am able to use the Heartrune.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes. I believe it is just a visual bug, as I clicked the heartrune, it activated, even though it was greyed out. It will also fix itself if I unequip, then reequip the heartrune.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: It’s randomly after using the heartrune. Does not always happen.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I launch the game there is no music (home screen). When I enter the game with my character (in-game) sometimes combat music is stuck on an endless loop. For example some monster starts chasing me, combat music starts, I kill it, but the combat music still continues indefinitely, even if I go to a town.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Dodge and Weave (Bow Mastery trait) works only on double roll dodge. I’ve noticed that it only works when you tap roll, wait half a second, then roll again. Or if you roll and hit jump after that. Only one roll will not activate it.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Turkulon’s Claw knife cannot be repaired.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Only one knife drops for the duration of the event per the event information. So since it is not repairable, we are just unable to participate in the rest of the event?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Wear down a Turklon’s Claw knife and you can see the repair option is greyed out.
When did this happen? Once you put any wear on the knife.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cant get credit for collecting Fungal Spores during Ixias Blessing collecting Capped Tanglewisps in quest area. Collected 107 wisps and no spores.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: On the quest “A God Awakens - Complete the Ordeal of the Nine Gates”, when teleporting from the 6th gate to the next location, character clips under the platform and lands on the rocks underneath with no visible way to get back and up and finish the quest

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Simply use gate 6, and every time I zone to the next location i clip under the platform onto the rocks.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: When attempting to read one of the Lore pages on the 2nd floor of the only 2-story house in Campbell’s Rest in First Light, the character becomes unresponsive, although I can break out of the deadlock by using the Stuck mechanism. The name of the Lore page is also invalid. (See screenshot)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Walk near the lore page and press the “E” (interact) key.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: When I open my Journal to the Objectives tab, the tab area is blank (it does not list any quests, or even the categories for the quests). The other tabs of the Journal work fine. But when I dismiss the Journal window, the world is blurred. I can clear the blur by opening the character window (any tab), or by talking to an NPC.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cannot view any quests. I can’t pin quests from the journal. I can’t abandon quests. I can’t take any new faction quests because I’m at the limit.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Press J to open the Journal
When did this happen? (Relative date and time; please include your timezone) It has been happening all day 11/19/2022 (first time this week that i’ve been online)
Bug: Defy death doesn’t proc, and I think it has to do with getting hit by grasping vines heartrune
Effect on gameplay: Self-explanatory concerning pvp.
Recovery: Not until it’s fixed. I’ve been noticing it since the Brimstone update, but wasn’t 100% positive. After doing hundreds of arenas since the Brimstone update, I am now completely positive.
Screenshot/video: Haven’t taken one yet, but easy to reproduce. Be near death and be hit by grasping vines heartrune (I don’t think it has to be a last hit, just around the time you die, it needs to be done

Describe the issue you are experiencing: When trying to boost damage of Fire Staff skill meteor shower and using the grit perk and a Fire Staff with Thwarting Strikes, the damage does not increase or change at all from the perk.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Seems like a bug to me

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Issue that caused players to enter an exhausted state after getting hit while still having stamina. This was fixed with Brimstone sands patch but came back with the latest patch.
