Describe the issue you are experiencing: Both Imhotep are visual in screenshot provided. Both can be encountered and difficult for inexperienced and/or under geared players who have reached the stage for the MSQ. Second screen shot provided Imhotep is once again invisible but this time, top of Palace of Pillars after the Imhotep encounter.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Encountered both Imhotep and can kill unskilled and under geared players for those who are just completing the Brimstone Sands MQS.

CRITICAL: Imhotep is also tied to the Brimstone Sands Main Story Questline. Players will be unable to complete the quest line due to Imhotep being bugged at the top of the pillars. No other action can rest Imhotep to resume or compete the quest.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Bugged Quests
I found this bugs about week ago and reported from ingame feedback, but wasnt fixed yet.
Both quests are in Everfall:
Salting the earth quest: Poison the soil of Ebonrock quarry.
Several players had same problem. standing with me and abandoning to try again but its still same. You poison ground, but quest doesn’t progress. you are out of quest item (poison) and u have to abandon and try again. but still same.
Miner’s Keepers: Mine strange copper thing.
-Same problem with this. When I hit that rock it disappears instantly and no progression for quest.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Since merge of my server with imhotep(around last patch i think) i experience graphical bug with companyless players. Normally black elements of faction logo above they nick change randomly between green, violet and yellow. I know that my friends experience same thing from what they say to me.
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: its annoying me that logos are acting like some lights in christmas three randomly changing colors plus its hard to tell from what faction are players
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no, restoring files throuhj steam helped for some minutes but this always come back

When did this happen? (Relative date and time; please include your timezone) just after merging jormungundr with imhotep server. I don’t remember exact date
Issue: All upper tier refining across all stations have been on permanent cooldown for past two days. It says the 24 hour cooldown started at 5am pst so it seemingly triggered my cooldown when the server day reset…the only odd thing to mention is that the day before this went on perma cooldown I spam refined to 200 across all stations except stone cutting. What is particularly odd is that lower tier items like fae iron are also on cd. I have relogged multiple times nothing has changed. Yesterday, I assumed I could have messed up but it remains locked as of this posting.

They recently fixed these quests. If you attempt to open the outfitting station a couple of times it should fix itself. You might need to try another outfitting station, specifically a T5 if you have one on your server.
Same advice for you. I would recommend trying to open the outfitting station a couple of times. If they doesn’t work, I would recommend trying another outfitting station.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: no idea, it just started happening
When did this happen? 12/30 5:00 ish PST
troubleshooting tried: deletes save file, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, created a new character on a new server isabella, same issue
Is there any movement on this bug? I wonder if everyone, or just a few have it. I think I can not progress the main quest but I’m going to try till this is fixed. I don’t know what to do, I am new to this game.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: frequent message that not connected to internet while internet is fine. When I do get into game 9/10 times I get a bug where my current equipment is not showing in character/inventory screen, also when trying to craft nothing shows up at stations so can’t craft
