Describe the issue you are experiencing: Was dead in a OPR and wanted to see whats new in the menu and noticed “compensations” when i clicked on it nothing was showing. But sad part is that I could not get out of that menu anymore.

FINAL EDIT: Validating PTR game files seems to have resolved this issue.
THIRD EDIT: I’ve just tried two different tests: I launched the game with no other programs running and tried alt tabbing out and then going back to the game a couple times. Once again I received a ban message. This rules out those other programs as the cause. Then, I tried opening all my side programs again and logged back in, but never alt-tabbed out or interacted with the other programs at all. Once again I received a ban message. This rules out alt-tabbing as the cause. And with that, I really don’t have any other guesses as to what’s going on, so all I can say is I hope this gets addressed quickly so I can play.
SECOND EDIT: After logging back in and sitting in game for a minute, I got the same message and was “banned” again. It seems I’m allowed to play, but only for 2 minutes at a time before being “banned” again. I’m starting to suspect it’s something to do with alt-tabbing out of the game window to look at discord, because it happened shortly after I did that. It still definitely isn’t a real ban because I’m currently logged into my live game account (on the same steam account, obviously) with no issues. But it’s really frustrating that I basically just don’t get to play PTR because of this.
EDIT: It appears this is just some kind of UI bug because I closed the game and started it up again and have been allowed to log back in. I’m in game now. That being said, this was still very alarming and upsetting and it would be nice to not be told I’ve been banned for no reason.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: I received a false ban for “known cheat program detected” about 5 minutes after logging into the PTR. I only have Discord, Chrome (with just a NWDB page up), Sticky Notes, and New World itself running. I logged into my live game account just a little while ago (with the same programs running) and had no problems, so I have to assume this is some kind of weird PTR bug and not an actual ban. I haven’t checked the live game yet to see if the ban is also being applied there, because I wanted to submit this with a screenshot of the ban message first, but I’m going to be really upset if it is since as far as I can tell this is an issue with PTR.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: In low setting in video "OBJECT DETAILS" every ENEMY AoE other than beacon is still taken as friendly (beacon seems working as intended) , in medium and higher everything works good

Still more than 2 seconds stun…
But 55%+20% CC reduction…
But, even so, it should be 1.6 sec

Heavy + 5 freedome, no PERK on shield bush
1 sec stun.
Heavy vs perked bush 2.46 sec
Heavy +5 freedome vs perked bush 2 sec.
Seems it working now. or now?
3 - (3 * 0,75) = 0.75
BUT in fact we have 1.96 sec duration…
Even if 3-(20,55+20,2) we should have 1.5 sec stun duration
Can devs confirm this?
You have to set your graphics settings to at least medium, sadly i dont know which of the settings does the trick but on low you dont see the red circle on enemy sacreds.
Maybe, but as far as I can tell it isn’t a “real” ban, so it almost seems more like some kind of weird UI bug or something. Either that or the PTR anti-cheat system just isn’t connected to any actual ban system that can submit real bans, idk.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: The Season pass journey objective “Vanquishing the Varangians 1” does not appear to be working as intended. I traveled to the location show below in the screenshot and killed the level 60 varangian knights there but received no progress on this objective.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Opposing player on the enemy team XAE PTR3 accepted arena invite right after a duel. The rest of us could take and deal damage to each other.

FireStaff: Flare cannot be blocked AND Backdraft gets procced as well because Flare ignores blocks.
Grit: The grit uptime when charging non-300 Constitution heavies is not consistent with the grit uptime from the new 300 Constitution grit heavies. I linked a previous bug post of mine pertaining to this very situation with WH’s Hardened Steel, GA’s Enduring Strike, and GS’s Unflinching Blade. There is a window of vulnerability at the beginning of the heavy that is you do not see with 300 Constitution and I think it would be best to have the weapon passives match the attribute threshold bonus.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Gear Set with storage-open storage unit in town-E. Click on gear set to open, then close gear set. Character remains in storage unit pose. Storage is not up/showing. Must use escape menu to access storage again.

Note that storage shed is no longer open, character is still in storage shed access pose.

Reopen storage shed to verify access of storage

Thinking in terms of access exchanging out gear set items from storage.
Players will have to open the storage and pull all planned gear exchanges from storage then open gear set.
