i am of the same mindset, the game is amazing, but the constant lies about features and delayed time-frames is getting to be a MASSIVE disappointment and a huge Dropped Ball by the PR and dev teams

Will anything be done to ensure transfers don’t clog any servers and factions are balanced? I think I read about having a quiz, but I didn’t find the topic.
If groups leave crowded servers they will make it able to receive players.
It will prevent multiple groups from choosing the same server causing it to become crowded.
We had intent of going from US West to US East with the transfer even if it was to a low server there just to play with the rest of the friend group. At this point just let me know in the near future that we can transfer region. BEFORE we put another 100+hours into our character.

Definitely understand the frustration. We communicated that it was our goal to launch the feature this week and it isn’t ready yet. We will launch it as soon as possible.

I think “lies” implies people are saying things they know to be false. For what it is worth, we are saying things we believe to be true at the time and circumstances change.

How come your Twitter team has been lying to us all this time? Seriously what are those comments you bring in here now? The fact that we would be able to transfer ANY region, ANY server was stated on Twitter on your Official Twitter account. To state the reality here, very few people read this forum actively compared to Twitter.
Now you are trying to say it isn’t lies that you guys have been providing us with the past week? Seriously. I’ve levelled to 34 on these INSANELY BAD Experience Rates and now I am told to go **** myself and restart on lvl 1 on EU whenever the queue timers are normal there?

well. lies. deceit. call it whatever you want. i need to join a full server. its been stated i cant. so i have issued a refund through steam - will you let people refund the game that have played it past the 2 hours we normally have on steam, since i only exceeded the 2 hours because of broken promisses, lies and queue times?

In the grand scheme of things, Promising one thing, and then it changing with no reason given is a lie. Whether it was meant in malice or simply from a change in direction it is a lie.
It would not be taken as bad is a legitimate reason was given instead of just “it is not planned at this time” or any other question dodge such as this

It literally tells you that you can’t in their thread about server transfers. Did you not read the thread?

What is technical limitation preventing region transfers? would it cause large que times for transfers? I dont mind taking a break from playing to transfer a character i put almost 100 hours into to play with my friends. I think we would all like more of an explanation than just, it is not possible, because i do not think it is impossible to transfer database entries to another region. would really appreciate a response.

If you tell me that you sell me a pen that paints several colors, but then it turns out that it does not work, and then you tell me that you are going to fix it, but you only fix one color, you say… Are the conditions changing?

So I’m on moldanoda us East had MU as the thing or whatever and my friends are on tumtum MU can I switch over to tumtum ?
Or can the dev or someone just yes or no for this. I’d like to know of I need to just restart on tumtum earlier rather then later
Since the character name is global, it could allow transfer between regions only this time as an exception.

Obviously the people in charge of the company would need to communicate with the members… This really shouldn’t require a question.
I don’t know jack about servers or game development. But is a similar setup like ESO a possibility. Seems like a “mega server” would solve the issue pretty quick
How do you interpret the official post that states basically, pick a server now to get playing the game then you can switch later to a server of the players choice? Do you interpret that as being restricted in any manner since the official post says a server of the players choice? To me, this would mean any server.
There were clearly no stipulations or limitations listed, people would have made different decisions if the truth was told. If I sold you a product and you purchased that product based on certain features existing then after you got the product I changed what the product features were or a function of the product I would be guilty of false advertising, which is tantamount to a lie.

it’s a double-edged sword. if they give a timeline but don’t follow up on it ppl give them flack and say learn to communicate. If they don’t give any details or time frame they get the same flack and ppl demand info. ya cant win
