So here is the story. I got a login blocked:suspicious Software or Corrupted Install Detected. After multiple attempts of logging in I got perma banned. I was so confused and I went to easy anti cheat to seek for assistance…after a quick session with easy anti cheat, I found out I had a trojan on my computer and after providing the necessary evidence to amazon and removing the trojan the ban was reversed. However, I still got the error since for some reason when I log in to the server it still thinks I am banned. (I got this info after checking the logs). I can login to new world however, I cannot log in to the world. Please fix the ban state that people are placed in and cannot get out…Even tho I was unbanned, the logs still show that I am banned.
