Melee slow on attack. Can it not happen on missed hits?

Basically everything is in the title.

Can the slow only occur on hits that register damage.

Would make melee much more fluid when someone is just dodge spamming attacks and running away.


or maybe the opposite, hits should slow a target? (maybe with a gem?)
right now light armor can always escape - and this is way too powerful.


The problem is that light armor can always get away from light armor.

It’s fine if it kite medium and heavy to some degree

But the counter to light armor roll should be playing light armor
