Same here. I have completed the Wilderness Wiseman prerequisite quest but it did not upgrade me to a tier 2 camp.
Patch notes for tonight include “Fixed an issue that made players unable to progress past Camp Tier 2”, so hopefully this will be fixed with the patch
stuck at Tier 3 when I should be on Tier 4, have done all quests

Camp Tier 1 Change to Camp Tier 2 - issue seems like fixed.

Glad to hear that the issue was resolved with 1.7.2.
I looked at the German patch notes before and was disappointed that the issue remained but it seems that the fix is only mentioned in the English notes.
It worked for me. I did Animal Instincts for T3 and it was showing T2 reward previously. Thanks for getting it fixed!
Tested on the 2 characters I know 100% had the tier revert from 2 > 1. With both was back to 2 and ‘animal instincts’ took both to tier 3. I have other characters at different tiers to try out but not in a hurry as the problem, seemingly, is fixed.

In my case the situation got worse. When I logged in on Monday (11/14), I found that my tier 2 camp downgraded to a tier 1. After logging in this morning post 1.7.2 update, now I don’t have any camp. Before I tried to deploy a camp and immediately upon logging in, it gave the typical notice “Your camp was abandoned. Place a new one.” Then when trying to deploy the camp, I get a “Camping Not Unlocked Yet” notice. Is there something I need to do because the prerequisite quest have already been completed. I am on the Isabella server where this is happening. This issue does not appear on my other characters on Yggdrasil or El Dorado.
Maybe I should do ‘Animal Instincts’ when it becomes available. Hopefully I will go from tier 0 camp to tier 3 camp.

@chrisreutz In order to help with your issue I would suggest to run a steam files verification and re start the game Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
Also try to search the next quest in the chain or go back to the last quest you did for the first camp,

So if we had done all quests and jad a tier 4 camp should it now be atier 5 or do we need to re run all the quest’s? I dont care i just want to know what i have to do tonight when i log in.
yes me & like 5 of my company mates are all stuck at tier 4 as we have no others quest to gain T5. we all had the camp upgrade to tier 2 for the 1st day & then revert back to the “no camping unlocked” when we logged back in the next day. & then it went down to a tier one on the 3rd day & since then we have been stuck with out that 1 upgrade at lvl 60 with a T4. Really starting to get annoying when you are trying to make a topaz potion on the fly & you have to ask others if you can have them put down a T5 for you to use or go to a city & then come back.

The the update was trying to solve this primary issue where some players were not able to upgrade the camp to T2 wich was related to many other cases like this
If this was not case for you either is a different bug or you can try to search for the quest 'Fading Lights" that will upgrade your camp to T5.
If the quest is no apearing on you map and your camp is still t4 please create a web ticket reporting this situation : Contact Us | Amazon Games

@Achieveme The fact is that many people where not saying they could not get to tier 2 camp. The problems reported where mainly;
- Got to camp tier 2 then got reverted [randomly] to either camp tier 1 or camping not unlocked
- Got higher than tier 2 but got reverted -1 tier
- Already at tier 2 but ‘Animal Instincts’ that adds tier +1 [not a specific tier] and most use to get tier 3 was wrongly not giving tier 3 and messing up tier progression
- Having done all camp tier progression to a given point quest x to update camp tier was / is not showing
The primary issue being players unable to get to tier 2? That’s not how I read it - and I read a almost all I could find on the matter in these forums from BS update onward and on the STEAM NW discussions and elsewhere online.
The problem seems to be fixed for me on two characters that both had been reverted 2 < 1 tier and had 'Animal Instincts incorrectly trying to award tier 2. The fix put both characters back to tier 2 and ‘Animal Instincts’ gave tier 3. This DOES NOT mean those characters could not get tier 2 camp - they had it and some time later the game reverted them to tier 1.

If any player still dont have their camps at the apropiate level and the quests that are described on your “Leveling Rewards Board” are not available please contact support with a web ticket for the issue to be investigated!

I had the problem and last patch did fix it. I now have a tier 5 camp where I had a tier 4 before (wilth all quests done).
I play in English language, don’t know if it has an importance or not.

Actually the quest for tier 2 unlocks at low level with the Yonas story. Then tier 3 with animal instincts, tier 4 with lupine observations then 5 with fading lights.
That does not block the upgrade of your camp if one quest bugs but you won’t be able to hit the max level. May be they shoul md change the name, removing the number. But some people will still get lost.
I did all the quests but the tier 2 was not rewarding me. Then I did animal instincts, lupine observations and fading lights. And I had a tier 4 camp.
After the last patch, pb has been fixed and I now have tier 5.

Hi, I starting playing the game past the patch date. For me, the tier 2 camp quest doesn’t show even after finishing Wilderness Wiseman.
If I do animal instinct (I haven’t reached the level required for that yet), will my camp jump to tier 3 or increment to tier 2 only?
Seems to me that the patch only partially fixed it, which part that is, is also confusing. Some are saying their tier 4 camp got correctly upgraded to tier 5, while my situation, which was the patch intended for, didn’t even fix it.
This whole thing is quite messy. Should’ve made it so that a camping upgrade quest doesn’t increment, but give you the expected upgrade, skipping upgrades along if need be. Shouldn’t be hard to fix really.
