Min-maxxing armor weight

just posing the question of why we have to lose about 40% armor when rolling full medium armor? can we get a 5 piece reward to make up the difference please, there are alot of great sets out there where you can only use a couple of pieces of. the first set is a full tempestuous medium set which is a great set of gear with ward and elemental aversion but losing the armor value along with the weapon perks make it very sub par.

there is no reason. and no variation for armor weights ether in the same class.

ngl.

if there is going to be such a determent to running true medium or true light there should be some true benefits.

im still of the opinion that true Heavies should get grit instead of the 300 perk but thats for the sake of tanks more than anyhting.

but il be honest i cant think of much more benifits to medium or light.

i was kinda guessing true light should have a freedom buff

true medium could have a stamina regen buff (the one where attacking doesnt stop it)

but the problem is its a lot weaker than grit but grit makes sense on heavy.

but heavy will always be true heavy as there is no reason to reduce your armor by taking only some heavy armor.

i dunno.

tbh i would be 100% happy to just have the same armor values as a min-maxxed set.

while i would too it would be a bit cheaty with the materials costs and the pain in the ass that is getting good gear in various armor classes.

the material costs are the same but with different CD mats though.

well the material costs of the cool down mats cost different.

ori is far more precious than runic leather.

one of the reasons for that is it is used in 7 armor pieces, 5 for heavy and 2 for medium. runic leather is used in 3, 2 for medium and 1 for light.
