Miner's Keepers Quest - Still bugged

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Been trying to complete this secondary quest for several days now but it won’t let me. Every time I go to the spot and mine the claim, it’s as if I didn’t do anything and the quest won’t update at all.
• Is this a bug? yes
• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t finish the task
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: just go to the quest spot and mine the claim

The quest node will eventually respawn but still does nothing when you interact with it.
