Before Patch 1.04 when I used my full mining luck gear and went to farm Orichalcum I used to gain about 1 proc of legendary ressource for 200-400 Orichalcum more o less.
This numbers used to be coherant with the rate I get legendary ressources from logging, skinning or gathering.
Since last patch however I tend to gain 1 proc of legendary ressources for 4 to 4K Orichalcum with even more luck then I used to have.
When I am talking with people that just start mining and have less gear they tend to gain the same ammount of legendary ressources then I used to.
But when talking with seasonned farmer fully equipped like me, everyone is experiencing a similar issue.
I am pretty confident this is not just bad luck as I did farm A LOT and because other farmers like me are experiencing exactly the same.
