MinSpec error when it shouldnt happen

so i get a minspec error it tells me to go to some folder
i go to the folder
the game tell me open the file
i open the file
the game tell me not good requirements
i have good requirements
it say i have 0 vram

how

specs win 10 gpu gtx 1660 super
cpu amd ryzen 5 3600 12 cores
16 ram

fix your game

i try anticheat fix
i try verifying files
no worky

i restart my pc
no worky

i change my refresh rate
no worky

so now i realized that when i launch new world it changes my hz to 1??? it literally breaks it and changes it wtf is this game you are amazon could you really not put more budget into this?

Have you checked to make sure that the game isn’t trying to use your onboard graphics chip instead of your GPU?
