Missing 1 of my transfer tokens

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Missing my server transfer token. I had gotten 2 from the free transfers used 1 to transfer from tulgey wood to Pluto. I have had my other token for a long time but now when I went to use it it only shows the paid version.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to follow my company to another server.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Unknown

  • When did this happen? I feel sometime in the last month. I remember checking and seeing I had it around a month ago when I considered transfering back then but didn’t want to leave my company behind.

I’m sorry that you’re missing a server transfer token.

I’ve looked into this and found out that:
One of the server transfer token was used on 2021-12-05
and the other one on 2022-04-28.

If you think, there’s something missing, please try to do the following:

After this, please check in the game accordingly, for the same.

Thank you for replying so quickly. Does it say what the 04-28 one was? The 12-05 was when I transferred from Tulgey to Pluto. I guess I may have transferred an alt character. Is there no log of the name or what servers I transferred to and from?

I’m sorry for I’m unable to find the exact information as I do not have access to them.

You may try to contact Live Chat support in case, if you think there is any missing server transfer token. But, as far as I can check your game transactions, two server transfer tokens were used in the said dates as above.
