Describe the issue you are experiencing: Large amount of gold is missing.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Losing all your quest gold has various impacts on gameplay.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.
(if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: N/A
Please go through my transaction log and determine where 20-30k gold disappeared.
It’s been 4 weeks since I heard from anyone after submitting my original ticket.
I logged in after the patch today (1.02 to 1.03) to find almost all of my gold has disappeared.
Server: Maldonada
Character: Biski
I submitted a support ticket but I wanted to also create a forum post to help bring attention to the issue and also warn people to check their gold.

I already had a post over there too (it’s linked right here in this post). From 30 days ago. Am I not supposed to include the ticket number in my posts? You keep deleting it. The ticket has been open for weeks. Is this issue not considered a Customer Support issue? Thanks.
