I was brought into one of they very first Alpha Tests before it was done via Steam (back when the Alpha was played through the Twitch client) back in Oct 2018.
I have the email proof from Oct 3, 2018 when I received my Alpha Invite and it is the same account the I use from my Prime Gaming rewards (which have been working fine for New World).
I am happy to provide my e-mail address and the e-mail sent in PDF form via a private forum/message, but I do not see any method of contacting New World support separately for this issue.
As a fan of this game and someone who Alpha tested almost 3 whole years ago now, it would mean a lot for me to have the Alpha access title.

As an invited New World Alpha tester, we will be providing you with a unique in-game title representing your early support. We will email you directly with instructions on how to claim it when we get closer to launch. Thank you, sincerely, for all your support, time, and energy. New World would not be possible without you.
Pretty sure that title is going to be the same as alpha 2, 3 and preview event, which is “Aeternum Discoverer” ( already received it, it was unlocked on my account right away )
I hope i’m wrong and the alpha 1 title is different and we’ll get it soon, because it really feel like an insult to get the same title for being in Alpha 1 in 2017 as the people who played the demo in 2020
Same here. Mising the title. Contacted support they said that if its not there after a re-install it won’t be given as they “lack the way to just give them”.
It wont let me make a forum post about my missing alpha title because this one exists, so i pray to god this one works for us. I was part of the alpha, ive connected my steam to my amazon accounts, and still no luck on the alpha title.
It seems, this really affects people that helped alphatest with the old launcher, before the steam option.
My alpha participation was in 2 stages early and mid 2019.
After that, I never got another invite, until betatesting began.
Has anyone at all received the title who did participate in the early alpha stages, but not the more recent ones?
(I opened a ticket through websupport on this, labeled ~“Low priority: Alpha Title missing” and got a timely (2 days) reply that was so low quality, that I am hesitant to ever waste time doing that again.)
We had a ton of fun in the alpha, but we also actually DID help with testing (as opposed to what is being done in todays “Betas”.
I bet many of us remember jumping through proverbial hoops for Soothsayer a few times…
It would be nice to actually get the token of appreciation they promised the alpha testers via email:
“Thank you, sincerely, for all your support, time, and energy. New World would not be possible without you.”
A very quick heads-up from someone actually in the know if there is any hope regarding this (admittedly minor) issue would be amazing too, even if it is a negative one.
Same issue, i also participated through the twitch client during late 2018, i assumed the issue might have something to do with changing my Normal Edition to Deluxe in Steam before launch through refunding, but it doesn’t seem to be the case.
I would really appreciate a response on this, it’s a minor issue, but it feels so annoying nonetheless that i simply put down the game in the meantime.
