(if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t participate in anything requiring the staff, which is a lot.
I have sent two different tickets to get this resolved. I got one reply in two weeks. The reply asked for a screenshot or clip of my problem. Well the problem is a missing staff and no way to recover it. You want a screenshot of it NOT in my inventory? I was offered no help, no suggestions, no tips, nothing. I just want to be able to continue with this game that I have invested a lot of time in to. I have researched this with no resolution. I have checked my game files through STEAM. I have looked in my inventory, etc etc.
I mean there has to be a human out there that has the answer. Thanks
There is a live chat option in AGS game support , select In-game issues>Something else.
Afaik the staff cannot be dropped or salvaged and by no means am I saying you haven’t looked carefully but i’ve misplaced my staff twice only to discover it was in the tools section of my inventory.
I really hope you find some kind of resolution though, you might want to PM @Aenwyn or @Centeotl and see if they can help.
Hey @tbdouglass, welcome to the community! Please do follow up on this via web ticket (Contact Us | Amazon Games). It would also help if you can indicate there when you last recall using your Azoth Staff and what level it was, as well as the last Azoth Staff quest you did and when you completed it.
@Arcane13 Welcome to the bug forums to you as well. Ty for updating a ticket for @tbdouglass . I’m very interested in knowing how this works out. The Azoth staff isn’t supposed to be deleted or salvaged so knowing what steps should be taken to correct the issue will help @JakeL and I help players in the future.
