Missing coin from what I see

I feel like I lost 10,000 coin, I noticed when I queued into an arena. I am pretty good at keeping track of my coin as Im an accountant, I dont recall buying anything on the auction house that I could have miss-purchased. Is there a log that can be looked into? I don`t have a lot to lose.

There’s no in-game log or anything. I would recommend relogging just to ensure it’s not a graphical glitch. If it isn’t, you’ll need to contact support to further investigate this.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

Thank you for following up! Relogging fixed the issue. Very odd bug though, I assume it was from joining the arena from what I had seen.
