Missing Free Transfer Token!

Long story short, I re-downloaded New World as of recent since it seems it was brought back to life, but since I have stopped playing and they merged servers and worlds, I am now split up from my friends, AND I do not have a FREE transfer token, forcing me to pay 15.00$ just to rejoin my friends in combat… Please someone help me or a moderator just give it back to me plz! Or just switch Sir.Nutlotz from Castle of Steel to Maramamma! Thank you.

I understand you’d like to move to another server to join your friends.

At the moment, we can’t grant transfer tokens. All characters moved due to a server merge should go to the same destination server, meaning that if your friends are not on the same server now, they moved on their own using their transfer tokens. My apologies for that.

If by any chance you had a free transfer token in the market and it disappeared while you were away, you can contact us via support ticket so the team can take a look into it and see what can be done.
