Missing gear - 4/5 pieces of Admiral's disappeared from storage

Dear Customer Support,

I logged in today and found I was missing some gear. The Chest, Gloves, and Legs and Boots of my Admiral’s set items were totally gone. I’m sure I didn’t delete them, they were locked, so I can’t have salvaged them. I kept them in my storage in Monarch’s Bluffs and each piece was 601GS with a Cut Pristine Topaz in the gem slot. I’ve checked every storage, my own inventory. I feel like I’m going crazy cause I’ve been using it all week for BB muts. Can I somehow get these restored please?

What did you mean by the “New Worlld Courtesy Service”?

I’m sorry that you are having this issue with the missing gear on your inventory, just to make sure have you check your storage containers and storage containers from any location, using these steps:

  • Open the map.
  • Select a town.
  • Look through your storage containers for the missing item.

As well check your house for the item and are you sure that you didn’t store, trade, or salvage the item?

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
