I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing a missing items situation.
I try to open the link, but didn’t show me any forum in particular. Now, when you find up an item is missing(not salvage), we need you contact AGS customer support to escalate, they should help you recovering your item. Explain in great detail your issue on the request and refer this post in case you need it.
