I did find it, but im in a huge queue and cant take a picture.
Its on the platform with the tentacle and the large swordsman. Its behind the gravestones, you’ve gotta walk around them and find it on some boxes there.
My brother ended up completing Ichobod’s Journal, but doesn’t remember where he got page 7 from. He doesn’t remember where he picked up entry no. 7, but it is NOT on top of Octans. 
Update, he finished Windsward’s whole lore, so the other four pages of Greenville’s Journal can also be found, they just aren’t updated in new world fans database.

Page 3 of The King in Emerald can also be gotten using the Fire Staff skill Burnout with Heat It Up! Perk on the opposite side of the mountain to where the Great Axe is done.
These are the ones that are in the game I have no clue where I found anything but at least i can show that it does exist.

Missives from Thorpe Page 2 is definitely collectable. You just have to do the main quest until it sends you to its location, it will not appear before then.
Ebonscale: Empress and Isabella Page 2 is definitely there, I have it and its on the new world interactive map (You can use that to find it)

The problem with Brightwood is that “Man’s Worst Enemy” is listed under Shattered Mountains. All 7 pages is collectable, but the game dosn’t recognise them as they are under the “wrong” zone.

That is correct, they have different titles. I would argue that Brightwood’s titles are the correct ones and this is an oversight.
It still stands that this is infact the exact same lore entry, as the text on each page is the same.

I wanna but in a bug report for it but I know amz has more important things to deal with then this.
