So I’m opening this on behalf of my wife.
She logged off yesterday with around 290k
Today she has 34k.
No transactions, nothing weird on the TP. We didn’t buy or crafted items this week (trophies bug). Only daily stuff.
Not sure how to reach support in this case, web tickets have no in-game category for items, so I’m taking a shot here looking for guidance.

The “In-game issues” section then “Something else” should get you to the best section. I’d recommend filing a web ticket as soon as you can. Contact Us | Amazon Games No one on the forums can really help with these issues. You’ll need someone from the player support team through the tickets.

As @JakeL recommended you, in this case please contact our live support channel in the link of the post above to help you further with this situation.
Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
