Harvesting set:
As you might know everyone who had harvesting items, including me, lost them to some bugs caused by the patch that came online 2 weeks ago. I made a ticket about this and was promised that I will get compensated, nothing happened so far and it’s still an open ticket. Also, in the patch notes we were promised that we would have a chest with our harvesting gear as compensation but I did NOT receive ANY gear or chest. I feel like I’m being lied to all the time. -
Missing items and coin:
Just as the harvesting set some other items and coin disappeared too, for me at least. On the patch of the 18th/19th November, not only did my harvesting set vanish but I was also not able to get any coin from my trade post sales. I’m certain that a lot of stuff (that people probaply duped and sold) disappeared from my storages. I made a ticket about this too, sent my game logs to the support/dev team as I did with the harvesting gear but AGAIN nothing happened and it’s still an open ticket. -
TODAYS PATCH (1.1.1) and reccurence:
“If you have lost an acquired piece of Harvester Armor you should have an extra Rewards Chest in your Inventory after this update.” I DO NOT have it!
“Re-enabled trading, moving, and salvaging of furnishings/housing items” I CAN NOT put the common furniture items out of my inventory!
I was crafting some high GS focus armor to make some good money, appearently they sold when I was offline, before the patch. When I logged on after todays maintenance, I checked my gold and I was like “Damn why didn’t it sell, it’s the best healer armor on the server.” (I’m selling 590+ GS focus gear and closest to me was 566 GS) than I checked my sold items and TADAAA, most of them sold but I simply did NOT receive the coin for it! I’m missing 24.500+ coin just from the armor pieces that sold last night, I don’t even know the exact amount of gold that I’m missing from last night since I can’t track the exact amounts of crafting/cooking items etc. that sold within this time. Screen shots attached, and this is just from 1 night!
I have 700+ hours of gameplay so far and I’m really enjoying the game, met some great people and eventho there are a horrible amount of bugs we are able to have fun together. Sadly, I seriously started thinking about quitting the game. I’m putting hundreds of hours into the game and expect to keep my progress, obviously it’s my choice to play this much but losing my honest progress to bugs and exploits that have nothing to do with me is very frustrating.
In november I lost a lot of items and 6 figures in coin. For the future, I will never be sure if I’m going to be able to keep the coins and items that I’ve grinded so hard. I’m not 100% sure yet but I think I’m taking a break from new world until I get compensated for the stuff I lost and hear some honest words from the dev & support team. But right now I feel like I’m getting robbed and no one is doing anything about it, they have to take this more seriously.
