  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: A company mate was crafting some trophies for me. After accepting the trade, 3 of the trophies traded to me did not appear in my inventory. I received two of the trophies, but the 3 basic ancient combat trophies disappeared; they were not in my inventory, storage, house, etc, and the crafter no longer had them either.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Lost multiple trophies.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Traded minor trophies + materials to another player. They crafted basic trophies, and traded them back. 3 of them disappeared.

I was the crafter in this video. As you can see in the clip, all 5 trophies were placed in the trade window, locked and confirmed. After the trade completes, you can see on the right hand side loot notification area that he only received 2 of the 5 trophies (cooking + logging) but the 3 ancient trophies seem to have disappeared into the void.

I hope this isn’t related to the recent trade updates last night.

Hey I’m in the server Neno Kuni under the name KingBlade.

I had this exact same thing happen to me but I was doing 11 trophies and got 8 back. And it was my 3 basic ancient combat trophies. So I thought it would be a good idea to try it again but just a single trophy and yes even just 1 it disappears

Tldr I did the same thing but lost 4 basic ancient combat trophies through trade.

Yeah same exact one. So hopefully they can figure it out and patch it one day.

Also lost items in a trade over a week ago, although ours went missing due to a laggy town.
Made a forum post and both sent in tickets.
Had 1 response on the thread and a small amount of back and forth through email before being ghosted for over a week.
Finally ended up going into a live chat and was basically told they can’t refund the items but maybe I’ll get them back if they do a fix at some stage so watch the forums. :slight_smile:

They’re going to want a DxDiag and your game logs (at least the latest 5) for more information.
You can find your logs in /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups
As for DxDiag, you can follow these instructions: Open and run DxDiag.exe
Edit: As the logs and DxDiag are quite large, pasting them into google docs and linking those here is a good option.

Hopefully you have better luck getting your items returned than I did.

IMO this is absolutely unacceptable.

@NW_Mugsy give the guy some gold something, he gave me enough items for 5 hope chest back when that was a crap load of time effort and gold to get. the player did nothing wrong here, this was 100% on the side of amazon. yet the player is getting punished by not only not getting the items but the support team saying we believe you and we know your lost your items but we dont care?

Just to bump this problem again; I had the same issue. 15 combat trophies traded (with video) and the 3 Basic Ancient Trophies disappeared in the process.
