Missing Items from Bank

I placed a high level PVP hammer and my 590 quest hammer in my bank a few hours ago. I came back after a mining run and they are gone. They are not in any storage in any other city. I completely closed the game client and relogged and they are still missing. The PVP hammer alone cost me nearly 10k coins (which took forever to acquire) and the 590 quest hammer obviously took hours to obtain. Is there any way to replace these items?

Sometimes these kind of issues can happen due to some corrupted game file or missing files.

Please try the steps that follow:

• Run Steam and New world as admin
• Run Integrity check-
  Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
• And relaunch the game

Once done, please verify, if the problem is solved.
