I keep a very detailed log on excel of all of my trades:
I had a buy order for 2136 orichalcum ingots x $20.51/ingot; it says it filled 2118 but I only received 1523 ingots; no it is not in my shed or in my personal inventory; I was online when the buy order was getting filled; I cancelled the order when it got to 2118 filled; the gold was not replaced.
Is there a log of trades stored somewhere in my local game file that I can send you guys? I would appreciate it if someone can look into this.

I am sorry that you received less ingots than what you have paid for.
Thanks for informing that you have already checked all the storage sheds and inventory.
Sometimes these kind of error can happen due to corrupted or missing files. I recommend you to follow the steps below and then check the inventory/storage for both ingots as well as the gold.
-Run Steam and New world as admin
-Run Integrity check-
-And relaunch the game
A PC reboot maybe required.
If the issue persists please respond back so we can escalate this further.

I ran steam + new world as admin; did the integrity check and everything was fine; rebooted PC and relaunched the game.
This did not fix the problem as I am still missing 595 ingots + gold.

- At minimum, provide the most recent log, but preferably provide 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
- DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to your desktop.
I will escalate this and update you as soon as I have further information.

December 26, 2021
-Buy order for 2136 orichalcum ingots @ $20.51/ingot placed in Windsward totaling $43,809.36
-Later that day 2118 ingots of the order is filled
-Order is manually cancelled at 2118 out of 2136 ingots filled as shown in trading post history
-Received only 1523 ingots in storage ; no refund on gold + missing 595 ingots from partially filled buy order
-This occurred while I was online (I believe the Buy order was placed early morning Dec 26, 2021 between 2-5am EST; the buy order was cancelled Dec 26, 2021 between 5-11pm EST; unfortunately I cannot remember the exact time ranges so those may be wrong but it was definitely all done Dec 26, 2021)
I have the logs requested + saved to my desktop; how should I submit them?
