  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: AP Southeast/Delos

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Journal is not appearing so I can not access any of my quests. When exiting out of the journal, my screen stays blurred out and I need to either speak with an NPC or open my inventory to fix it.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t access any of my quests to see what I currently have if it’s not pinned.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Any time I open my journal. I do not know what happened to initially cause the issue.

  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) This began on the 24th of October and has since been continuing to happen.

Sadly I have this problem also, My issues started yesterday though, on Oct 26

i have the same problem video link showing mines → 2022-10-27 00-03-56 mines started happening on october 26 at 22:25 BST.

Same problem for me.

the blurry screen I can fix by pressing M > K > M > M

I’m able to open my inventory and it’ll go back to normal. Though doesnt fix the journal issue lol

I am also having the same issues, and am able to fix the blurred screen the same way as well. but still no Journal.

I have the same problem since yesterday, please fix this, i can’t continue with the quests, i can not play.

This is caused by the Head of the Snake quest. That will have to be completed before you will get your journal back. More details are in this post. They are aware of the issue and working to fix it.
