There are a number of legendary weapon resources that appear to be completely non-existent in the game.
Etched Handguard
Embossed Wrapping
Empowered Counterbalance
to name a few
Nobody on my server has seen one of these. I’m sure they would be rare but nobody on any server seems to have seen them as far as I can tell.

I’m posting this under bugs as it’s surely supposed to drop but doesn’t. So I’m assuming its a bug. but if this is time gated content please let us know.
