Missing npg "Gomes Estebanita", quest "Deceptive weapons"

Hello! I have a problem with the npg “Gomes Estebanita” that is not there in the true sense of the word, for the secondary quest “Deceptive Weapons”.
I have this problem with both of my pg, on two different servers.

What is the name of your character in the New World: MagoRibelle (Betelgeuse world) and Palladiumm (Aepyornis world)
On which server / world did you encounter your problem: Betelgeuse and Aepyornis
Describe the problem you are having: I have an active quest ready to be taken in the city of the Monarca promontory, the problem is that the npg in question (Gomes Estebanita) is not visible, as you can see from the images.
Is this a bug or exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How the problem has your gameplay: I cannot complete the quests of this Npg.

Describe the problem you are having: Same as above. Gomes Estebanita is not visible.

There’s another post for this that’s been running for a month. They know, they’re just not doing anything about it.
