I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding my missing gold. Is it possible to get a GM to go through my transaction history from around the time the gold went missing? It either went missing the day before patch 1.03 or after logging in after patch 1.03. I don’t know if the gold went missing the day before the patch or after logging in once 1.03 went live. It’s been 13 days. The original server was Maldonada but I have since transferred to Themiscyra. I was saving up for a Tier 4 house but I’ve had to settle for a Tier 1 for now because of this 
You may have been unlucky and gotten dupped gold.

they were rolling back all the duped gold from companies starting upgrades during the downtime on trading / selling there was a bug which would duplicate the gold from upgrades and never start the upgrade. this might be the case with ur company hence why the gold was removed .
I am missing 10k gold as well… never exploited always kept it clean grinded a lot. I am frustrated about this and about to give up on the game. Hopefully they help.
I’m missing at least 3k from items sold in the AH.
Day 16 bump. It wasn’t duped gold that was removed because I only sold a few greens and blues on the trading post, maybe 2k-3k tops worth of stuff that actually sold. Probably less.

The issues which are the most easily solved, like in any other MMO it would legit be solved within minutes of a GM showing up.
New world says is impossible and decides to entirely ghost its “customers” on lol.
House deletion costs, gold deletion, item deletions… All things any basic GM should be able to spawn in. IMPOSSIBLE! Shadow mute them! Never respond!! run awaaaaayyy!!! xD

Maybe wasnt you In GTA 5 you get banned if someone hacks and give you money… (no bann yet) BUT if you spend the cash 
I know bad comparsion, but maybe in a tini tiny way you got maybe wrong cash.
Day 24. I think my gold is gone. I’m not really expecting much at this point. All of my gold from questing has vanished forever. After 4 weeks of customer support dodging the ticket I’m pretty sure I’ll never see that gold again.

Same situation here, lost 12-14k of gold without any reasons, customer support is less responding than a ghost.

They addressed huge amounts of gold going missing the day of the 1.03 patch? And 7 times? I must be out of the loop. Can you help fill me in?
Still no response from customer support. I contacted them via web service about two weeks ago to chat with someone and they told me my original ticket (43bc1b77-1a88-498e-9b00-7837ae0d2ff9) doesn’t exist and has never existed. I took a picture of the original ticket number because I had a feeling something like that would happen after reading lots of other people who have had to go through the nightmare of Amazon “customer support”. Can provide if needed. Anyway, they gave me a new ticket number of V461159605.
TLDR: Still no response from anyone.
