I’m a player on Pluto, and I was super excited to hear about us getting server transfer tokens from the Christmas patch over THREE weeks ago or so now, and I’m still upset that we haven’t gotten the tokens promised. I don’t see any means of sending a ticket, because this support center is trash, and was wondering how we can request server transfer tokens, because denying us tokens will not keep Pluto alive.

Pretty sure I saw another CS reply saying that you had to login during a set time-window in December to get the free-transfer token. They’ve been pretty much telling everyone to f*ck off that didn’t login in during that window.

… do you have any idea why there was only ONE transfer token?
I dont get it. What big brain made this server architecture decision? And then providing only ONE transfer token to find a proper home server?
Just hand out at least two tokens to compensate the server mess of the launch… we need tokens ASAP!! game is already on the way to the graveyard…

Makes sense.
I personally was here for the initial transfer, but I was happy to hear about the said second transfer token because I’m very unhappy on my current server, as are a bunch of other people who planned to move with me. This upsets me because essentially, once again, the actual playerbase is being punished by the actions of RWTers and people who are abusing New World’s easily exploited game.
