- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I watched the required 4 hours of Twitch stream, twitch has it in my wallet of earned items. I got a notice in the game that I had a new drop but I don’t have the skip emote or the weapon skin, and it’s nowhere to be found to be unlocked in the store. Nothing in claim items, or anywhere else.
- Is this a bug? I feel it is.
- (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: just something I earned that I’m not getting.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: yes I just can’t use a weapon skin or do an emote

- When did this happen? Right after the drop was announced, within a day or two.
My character was also moved from Medusa to Titan right before this time, if that has anything to do with it.
