Same probably. I’m 60 and have a Tier 4 camp.
Did all the main quests in Monarch’s Bluff and Windsward.
Don’t have neither Animal Instincts, nor Lupine Observations, nor Fading Lights (cause I did all of them already).
I have this issue as well. I was hoping that it was just a visual bug thing, but I went and completed the T3 camp quest, just to find it only gave me a T2 camp. I then tried going through the questline in Winward, hoping to get their version of the quest. After completing that area’s quest, I can confirm you can’t get a camp quest option there if you have already done so in Monarch Bluffs region. So there seems no way to fix this and I hope they get to it quickly. I was playing with a couple friends and was helping them through the MSQ to get their T2 camps. I can confirm that they did get them after the T2 quest, but upon logging out and back in the camp reverts to a T1 and stays that way.
My guess as what happened to me as a returning lvl 60 player with only T4 camp :
I skipped the camp T2 quest named Friends in Fashion given by Bercina Thornton. They then deleted that NPC and changed the camp tier quests. Now I’m f***ed.

Same problem here. Did all quests in Windsward and Monarch’s Bluff. Also did the Tier 3 quest in Cutlass Keys, yet my camp is only Tier 2…

Same. Im wondering if starting the monarch bluffs main quest line after completing the windsward main story triggered the camp tier to reset. Were we only suppose to do 1 of the main questlines? Either way. This is an annoying bug.

This is so annoying! I did the Windsward MSQ and got my Tier 2 camp and a while after that i went and did the MSQ in Monarch’s and now my camp is tier 1 again. sigh
im not sure where to get a tier 3 kitchen on my server, so ive come looking for bercina who does not exist. im pretty confused. what outpost has tier 3 kitchen please… Cancel that im fresh startn so no outposts… which fresh start town has a tier 3 kitchen? lol… update when, cancel that i see one in cleaves point
Has this been fixed? Even the fresh starts have this issue. As some have gotten the quest from Yonas and some haven’t leaving us with T1 and waiting until fixed to even do the upgrades.
PLEASE fix this as there are no, or limited, Tier 3 kitchens yet and I need to craft “our” level foods. My camp is stuck at Tier 2 after doing the Tier 3 quest.
Your CS said they found out what it was and was working on a fix 4 days ago. 4 DAYS AGO! If you found the problem, should be corrected in a DAY at most. Please let us know what’s happening?
I’m almost certain this is like 4 bugs disguised as one. Some people don’t even receive the T2 quest, others complete it but don’t get the upgrade, in this thread people got the upgrade and it reverted to T1 later, and most people move on to Animal Instincts thinking it will boost them to T3 but are then stuck at max T4 camps at endgame. There is without a doubt spaghetti code leftover from Friends in Fashion being removed
exactly, i got the tier2 camp and placed it but then it reverted for tier1, i saw someone say it happens when you log out after completing the quest
i hope the devs are aware that this is a multifaceted bug, its not just that you dont get the quest upgrade, some people do get it but then it goes back

I now have Camp Tier 2 after completing Animal Instincts in Cutlass Keys. If this is the case, I will never be able to earn Camp Tier 5.

edit:: Apparently Friends in Fashion quest is not in the new Fresh Start servers. We do Wilderness Wiseman in Monarch’s Bluff or Seed of Hope in Windsward to unlock Tier 2 camp @ L15. Then at L25 completing Animal Instincts in Cutlass Keys should award us Tier 3 camps. This is not working correctly. I agree that removing the NPC and Friends in Fashion caused an issue. Now we wait sit and wait for a FIX…
I am in agreement with this. There seems to be a mix of different types of ways this bug is manifesting.
I purposefully did not do ANY of the camp related quests for that reason. I never got the T1 quests so when the higher ones actually appeared I simply ignored them.
The AGS rep in this thread said they seemed to have it nailed down so hopefully all related issues are fixed in the next patch and it isn’t too long from now as this seriously impacts gameplay at higher levels especially.
Same Issue here, accepted the quest “Survival Instincts” got tier 2 camp. Did all the quests in Monarchs Bluffs and did not receive a quest for camp upgrade. Currently only have tier 2 camp when I should be at 3. Currently level 41 and behind on my camp upgrades do to this questing issue.

This has happened to me on fresh start, also came from Monarch’s Bluffs where I had completed the quests and previously placed down a tier 2 camp. It’s now stuck at Tier 1 with Tier 1 skills.
Im stuck on tier 4. I don’t expect it to be fixed.
Are all of the players that are effected by this issues players that started in monarchs? I don’t know anyone with this issues that started out in Everfall. Not sure if this is part of it but just what I have seen but it it could be wrong as its just a guess with a small sample size.
