- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I remember doing a tempest run last night before the servers went down for patch and during the dungeon or before i got a 50 count of umbrals and my total was around 12-13k. Today I’m sitting at around 6-7K. Not sure how this happened but was saving up to upgrade items.

I do apologies for the missing materials.
I understand they vanish after the server went down, and you didn’t salvage them. SO, proceed to contact AGS customer support to create a ticket and request your material to be restored; this is under Courtesy Service request and the items need to be review before confirm if they can be recover.
