Mission markers and icons missing from map

This happens to me the first time I log in each day or if there has been a period of time (not sure how long) since the last login. Relogging has fixed the problem in most instances.

@ontapbjt suggestion seems to work, but this is still a bug. Further investigation, the relogging does not fix the map issue. I have relogged multiple times and the icons are still missing. I have updated my drivers and it does not fix the problem. I know this is an uncommon issue, but for some us it can make the game close to unplayable.
