You should probably send out a customer satisfaction survey to see just how unhappy the average user is with your game.
Also this survey/form should have options for what aspects of the game are the most dissatisfying parts , so you know which areas of the game to fix first.
It seems like a pretty easy way of collecting good information which can help you more efficiently do your jobs.
But likely no mod or dev will read this, so it doesn’t matter anyway.
