Apologies for my bow and musket friends, but I genuinely don’t understand.
Dex builds were relatively unaffected by shirking energy nerfs and melee hit dodge distance nerfs, now we want to reduce the effectiveness of resilient and shirking fortification. If the issue isn’t dex completely abusing light rolls to the point where nobody can get near, then why is light armor so strong that it needs to be nerfed every balance pass? Please explain.
dex ranged(in light) will definitely be effected by resillience nerfs, but theyre still safer than any other builds in the game so just not as much as everything else.
So… they are going to nerf the musket but make it easier for muskets to kill light armour users? Will this mean that the nerf isn’t a nerf at all and ends up being just as easy as it is now for muskets to kill healers and light armour users? Seems like a nerf to the musket while also giving it a buff… should be interesting lol

every light build is screwed, but dex has relatively safer time because of haste and dodges. Think I am safe (>hides under the bed until they come for me<)
yea idk who thought that was a good idea, good muskets were always in the fight within 50m and they use rapier a lot. Campers are gonna get more rewarded this way, which means its gonna take even less skill than before. GG new world

The PTR changes will be going through, because no one is playing the game enough to even consider playing the PTR.
meta players will adapt to a different meta, while players with brains will just quit.
The ptr changes will not get a backlash, and it will go through.
If and only if by some miracle the PTR changes are reverted, guess what happens?
No balancing until next patch. Wait 1 more month.
