This might be intentional. I notice that if my bleed or burn dots finish a player before any of my hits do, then I do not get a mortal empower notch. I think this is actually a good thing because it would be way too easy to build 15 stacks by being a pesky bully with dots which, let’s be honest, is very passive. It does suck when you go for a burst hit and the burn is the finishing damage but there is a way to notice the pattern and time the burst damage so you get credit.

well i cant use it with firestaff or ice gauntlet atm, neither can and bow ( with their poison/bleed ) or void gauntlet

AGS hates mages so it’s no wonder it doesn’t work with Flamethrower. I mean, lifestealing doesn’t work with flamethrower aswell…

Please also investigate tweaking this broken perk. muskets can just stand on walls on defense, easily build 15 stacks to do 30% more damage. Needs to be either 1% per stack or each stack you build only lasts a few minutes.
