What if your Mortal Empowerment stacks were transferred to whoever you were killed by.
This could give incentive for players to really focus on and hunt down whoever has the most kills in OPR.
This could be a terrible idea but maybe not?
Better idea…Remove it from the game.

Perk has to be removed.
Idea that you allow snowball is broken by design.
If player A does kill player B - why anyone would think its ok to make player A have easier chance to kill player B next time?
It was designed by someone who has no experience in online game as a developer and as a player. Thats why its crap.
If it can be removed I’m all for it!
