To those who are not bow/musket, if you’re a mage and get ability kills with a mortal empowerment ring you won’t get stacks.
Just an FYI.
Any dot kill doesn’t give a stack. So any burn tick, bleed etc, flamethrower, ice storm, oblivion etc.
