Does this share the 50% Empower Cap? Is this also a hard or soft cap?
Assuming so but you never know with AGS…
Someone did the math and posted details some time ago, it was soft capped. Past 50% it had a reduction but it was still stacking, can’t find the thread tho.
I’m going to try and find the thread but from your memory how much of a reduction are we talking?
