- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Ohonoo
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The weapon perk Mortal refreshment does not work on enemy downs/assists like the other Mortal perks do. The perk does not work at all in opr and only seems to proc when finishing an enemy in war.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cannot use the perk on a weapon I payed alot of coin for.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use mortal refreshment perk on any weapon. It doesn’t work like its counterparts mortal siphoning, lifesteal, and empowerment.
