Motherwell Quest

I’ve been seeing a lot of people doing motherwell that’s located in Edengrove, and it’s weird how we cannot go back inside after completing the quest. I think we should at least have the access to go back in and help our friends. The boss itself is pretty strong and now more and more people are getting max, while less are attempting at passing through because of this one quest.

If you think otherwise, I’m not sure why.

Yeh this is a huge pain lol

Honestly the quest isn’t that hard to do. What most people fail at is to prepare for it properly.

One of the early main quests forces you to mix up some corruption resistance potions.

Going into the motherwell with blight tincture and blight resistance potions makes it a lot easier.

Usually you see people do two unprepared groups that keep dying to blight.

The terrain inside allows you to kite the boss in circles indefinately.

Thx yeti good to know I’m Nearly there now lol

For comparison the damage is equal to corruption from high level portals.

With blight you don’t get one big damage spike after the timer reaches 0. You get a blighted DoT for 3 Minutes that does 200-400 damage every second.
Blight tincture removes the DoT immediately.

I agree about this quest, I am at it now and its too hard to find groups for it. The Devs NEED to open this to players that have completed it.

And yes Blight potions are definitely needed. Its needed in the whole area actually.

They should allow people who finished this quest to help out. As expected it doesn’t make any sense.

I agree with th comments. I mean they didn’t design this to be done by kiting the boss infinitely up and down the left cliff. The “do it with a party that’s in the exact same spot in quest line” is a bit silly

I forgot to pick up the page inside, I need to get back in there.

I gave up on that quest. Especially after going in, not getting a group invite, tanking the whole thing, and not doing enough damage for it to count apparently. One of the things in waiting for them to fix/address before I log in again.
